NEW HOPE – Lillian Lemley Posey, 72, died Sunday at a Huntsville hospital. The funeral will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at New Hope Funeral Home chapel with the Revs. Rickey Hamilton and Dewayne Martin officiating.
Mrs. Posey was a member of Old Center Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Billy Posey; one son, Rickey Posey of New Hope; one daughter, Sandra Walker of New Hope; three sisters, Janie Atchley of Guntersville and Merline Dollar and Georgie Jones, both of New Hope; and sex grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
