Harold was born in Bryan County, Oklahoma. He was a brother of Velma Power. He and his family moved to Eldorado, Oklahoma, in 1915. He married Mina Mae Daughtry on 24 Nov 1927 in Quanah, Texas. They were parents of two children Infant Son Conwell and Paula Sue. Harold worked for the City of Eldorado for 52 years and was Superintendent of the Light and Water Department. He died in Altus, Oklahoma.
