There was Miranda, Myrtle, Maude, Mable Elizabeth Mable, and Minnie. But when his youngest daughter was born, he said he sat down to think of a name, and He thought and he "thet", and lacking a name, he gave up and just named her Thet. He was buried beside his first wife Sarah in Kansas.
