Romaine E. Aldinger

Romaine E. Thoman Aldinger, 60, of 117 Ridgefield Drive, died Monday at York Hospital following a brief illness. She was the wife of Edwin Aldinger Jr.
The funeral will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Greenmount United Methodist Church, Glen Rock, with burial in Greenmount United Methodist Cemetery. Viewing will be 7 to 9 tonight at the Burg Funeral Home, 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion, and one hour prior to services at the church.
Mrs. Aldinger was born in York County and was a daughter of the late James M. and Beulah Amspacher Thoman. She was a member of Greenmount United Methodist Church, the church choir and the Missionary Society and American Association of Retired Persons. She was an employee of Dentsply International Inc.
Surviving in addition to her husband are: A son, Charles Aldinger, Old Lyme, Conn.; two grandsons; two sisters, Mrs. Betty Garman, Spring Grove RD 2, and Mrs. Anna Mae Myers, Pine Springs Heights; five brothers, Mervin E. Thoman, Codorus; Rodger Thoman, Seven Valleys; James Thoman Jr., York RD 10; Daniel L. Thoman, Leola, and Fred Thoman, York RD 6.
Her pastor, the Rev. C. Richard Beach, and her former pastor, the Rev. Donald E. Mummert, will officiate.
