CULLUM, JOHN W.
John W. Cullum, 80 years, of Toledo, and formerly of Holland OH, died Thursday, December 26, 2002 in St. Luke's Hospital, Maumee. Mr. Cullum was born in Nelsonville OH, on Oct 1, 1922, to Foster and Helen Bettes Cullum. He married Shirley Nachtrab in Angola IN on July 13, 1954, and she preceded him in death on February 16, 1999.
A WWII Army Veteran, John was a production worker for the former Doehler-Jarvis Co for over 36 years, retiring in 1985.
Surviving are his sons, Gary (MaryAnn) Cullum and John Cullum Jr; daughters, Candie Hodge, Dorothy (Robert) Collins, Nancy (Phillip) Watson, and Michelle Cullum; nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and brothers, Jerry Cullum Sr and Jay Robert Cullum.
Brothers, Foster James and Joseph Elton Cullum preceded him in death.
There will be no visitation. Burial will be private. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the American Heart or American Lung Association.
