Daughter of Birdsley and Irene Sweet Darrow. Wife of Franklyn L Herron. Mother of Annette (McPeek) Herron, Walter "Micky" Darrow (McPeek) Herron, Ronald Herron and Cathy Herron.

McPeek — HEREON Mrs. Merle Darrow McPeek, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Beardsley Darrow of Randall and Franklyn Herron, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Herron, Mapletown, were married Saturday night at the home of the bridegroom's parents. The Rev. Frank Stumer, pastor of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, performed the ceremony. Mrs. Elmer Keller, sister of the bride, and Clarence Bernstein, brother-in-law of the bridegroom, both of this village were the attendants. The bride was dressed in plum-colored velvet and wore a corsage of gardenias. Her sister wore a blue crepe dress and a corsage of gardenias. A reception at the home followed the ceremony. After a wedding trip, Mr. and Mrs. Herron will live In an apartment on Church Street. He had recently returned from service of the of war and has received his discharge. He will resume his work at the Beech-Nut plant where he was employed before entering the armed force. Mrs. Herron is employed at the Husted drugs. THE MORNING HERALD, GLOVERSVILLE, AND JOHNSTOWN.
