Robert N. Robbins, 50, of rural Bloomington, died 8:48 p.m. Monday, Dec. 29, 2003, at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.

Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Funks Grove Cemetery, rural McLean. JR. Buggar will officiate. Visitation will be 6-8 pm. Friday at the Quiram Funeral Home, Atlanta

He was born December 3, 1953 at Lincoln, the son of Robert C. and Frances E. Carlin Robbins. He married Cheryl Schumm on January 26, 1974 in Bloomington. She survives.

Also surviving are his father, of Lincoln; one son, Chip Robbins, Bloomington; one daughter, Mindy Robbins, Bloomington; two sisters, Donna (Lee) Dillingham, Schneider, Indiana; Brenda McCormick, Lincoln; one brother, Larry (Linda) Robbins, Lincoln and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

Mr. Robbins was employed by Rowe Construction, Bloomington. He was a member of the Teamsters Union Local 69

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
