Henry was the second of four sons of William Marshall and Mary Marshall. He was a train dispatcher. He resided in Trenton all of his life.

MARSHALL--In this city, on the 18th inst., Henry P Marshall, son of Mary and the late William Marshall, in the 56th year of his age. The relatives and friends of the family, also Concordia Lodge No 4 IOOF, and Jr OUAM, are invited to attend the funeral from his mother's residence, No 205 Perry Street, on Tuesday afternoon at 4 o'clock. Interment at Riverview Cemetery.
