Born October 8, 1907, in Lyons, he lived in Hutchinson most of his life. A retired electrician, he was married to Iona Ella Davis May 7, 1940.
Survivors: the widow, Laferia, Texas; daughters, Mrs. Anna Schnewers, Laferia, Texas; Mrs. Leona Harris, 324 East E; brother Marion Greenfield, 1102 East 10th; sisters, Mrs. Velma McCoy, 100 West 2nd, South Hutchinson, Mrs. Daisy Schrader, 1302 East 9th; Mrs. Martha D. Donoho, Lawrence; seven grandchildren.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Elliott Chapel. Burial will be in the Turon Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday at the Chapel."
