Daughter of Joseph Edwin Cluff and Elizabeth Dorenda Moody. Wife of Lewis Alonzo "Lon" Adams. Mother of Dorothy Opal, David Alonzo, Lavona, and Cloyd Dale. Rosa attended the Central School and graduated from the eighth grade. Later she attended the Gila Academy. Rosa was a petite lady, about five feet, two inches tall and weighed 99 pounds at the most. She had a lovely soprano voice and played the mandolin, guitar, and piano. She filled her home with good books and classical music. She kept her house and yards neat and tidy. She taught in the Primary, Mutual, religion classes and Sunday School. Rosa was ill for three years and bedfast for nine months with cancer before her death. Her family was very grateful for the many people who came to assist them at that time.
