Charles McIndoo Dies Suddenly--Well Known Freedom Man Victim Of Heart Disease--Found Dead In Barnyard Monday Afternoon--Charles McIndoo, about 72 years old, all his life a resident of Freedom, died suddenly Monday about 4PM presumably of heart disease. He had been digging in his garden and had gone over to the barnyard when he dropped dead. His body was discovered by a driver of a school bus. He was a son of the late John McIndoo and has spent his entire life at Freedom. For several years he was engaged in the insurance business and had been fairly successful. He is survived by the widow and two children. Mrs. Hazel Stiffler of Richmond, IN and John of Bloomington.
