Mr. Fenneman had worked as an executive secretary at the former Clark Equipment Co. in Lima and was a Spencerville Police patrolman for 12 years retiring from both positions in 1976.
Services at the Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, Wapakoneta with the Rev. Joseph B. Redmond officiating. Burial in Fort Amanda Cemetery.
