CASH, Jane - Died at her home near Summit school house, Mrs. Jane Cash, wife of Willis Cash, aged 53 years. She was the mother of 15 children, one dead and one in Texas, the other 13 stood around her dying bed in the last hours of her life. Her illness was short only about two days. She died on Friday the 14th of April and was buried the next day at Pea Ridge. She was a faithful and devoted wife and mother, a kind and affectionate neighbor. God grant that the husband and children meet her over there where parting is no more. A Friend. [Benton County Democrat - Bentonville, Benton County, Arkansas - April 27, 1899]
