Mrs. Price was the youngest daughter of the late Rev. George Little and was 70 years old the 6th of last February. She was twice married, the first time to Mr. Noah Chaney, the last time to Mr. A. W. H. Price, who survives her. Her living children are Mr. N. A. Chaney, Messrs. T. L. and J. R. Price, and Mrs. M. E. Furr. The remains were buried at Hopewell.
Mrs. Price was a member of the Baptist church and religion meat something to her. It was the joy of her life and the source of her happiness. Her physical sufferings were something almost inconceivable. One hip joint was drawn out of place and the fingers became draw out of their place and fell helpless on the palm. She bore it all with a bravery that was the admiration of the neighbors and her acquaintances far and wide.
