Miss Ann McCoy, sister of James McCoy, died at her home near here the 20th. Miss McCoy was a daughter of Arthur McCoy. She was born in Ireland 74 years ago and has resided here about 70 years. All the old residents will remember the McCoy family which was among the pioneers of these parts. Arthur had a sugar bush which boys liked to visit occasionally without an invitation, and many amusing and hair breadth escapes used to be related of these visits. But as each boy came to manhood he felt the old man was right in his contentions. Miss Ann died of bronchial pneumonia. Two years ago, in March, her sister Mary died of the same disease and at that time Ann was also very low but recovered. The father lived to be over 90 years of age. James, brother of Ann, has been sick but is recovering.
