Arlie Loreda Cross, age 70, passed away at her residence on March 15, 2008 in Nineveh. She was born on August 24, 1937 in Drake, Kentucky to Paul E. Esque and Eula May (Mayes) Esque. She married Edwin J. Cross on September 26, 1953. He preceded her in passing on January 20, 2005. Survivors include one brother, Darwin Bruce Esque of Greenwood and one sister, Patricia D. (William) Tripp of Beech Grove and several beloved nephews and nieces. She was preceded in passing by her parents, husband and niece, Lanae Moberly. Loreda was retired from Eli Lilly & Company after twenty-five years of service.
