Trevor Shane Kirby, 30, of Houston Lake passed away at 9:57 a.m. Wednesday, June 14, 2006, at Skaggs Community Health Center in Branson.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 19, at Daniel Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Hodson officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Daniel Funeral Home. Burial will be at Nashville Cemetery.

Trevor was born Jan. 3, 1976, in Joplin to William Ray and Jennifer Jean Garringer Kirby. He lived in Lamar until the age of 5, when his family moved. While growing up, Trevor continued to spend his summers in Lamar. Trevor had worked in the steel industry and as a rental manager for the U-Haul center in Columbia. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Columbia.

Survivors include a daughter, Taylor Grace Kirby of Columbia; his mother, Jennifer Garringer of Houston Lake; three brothers, Eric Sean Kirby of Kansas City, Mo., Zachary Ray Kirby of the home and Kasey Andrew Kirby of Tipton; maternal grandparents Junior and Beverly Garringer of Lamar; and paternal grandmother Wanda Kirby of Nashville.

His father and paternal grandfather preceded him in death.
