"Died on March 12, 1968, Forrest E. Houghtling of 175 Pomona Dr. Surviving are his wife, Dorothy. W. Houghtling; one daughter, Mrs. Gerald (Dolores) O'Brien; two sons, Richard R. Houghtling of Hilton, N.Y., and Willis J. Houghtling; ten grandchildren; one brother, Kenneth Houghtling of Wilson, N.Y.; two stepsisters, Mrs. Margaret Houghtling and Mrs. Ruth Campbell of Wilson, N.Y.; one stepbrother, Raymond Bounds, Shortsville, N.Y.; several aunts, nieces and nephews. He was a member of I. O. O. F. Lodge #4, Rochester Radio Club and Greece Republican Party. Interment in White Haven Memorial Park." (March 13, 1968, The Democrat of Rochester, NY)
