ARNOLD A. ANDERSEN, 73
SHERIDAN - Arnold A. Andersen, 73, 4205 S. Derby Rd., Sidney, died Sunday evening at St. Mary's Hospital, Grand Rapids. Mr. Andersen was born Oct. 9, 1906, in Pine Township, the son of Hans and Johanne Andersen. He was a retired farmer and had been a resident of the Sidney area for the past 40 years. He was a member of Pearl Lake Lodge No. 324 F&AM, Danish Brotherhood and the Farm Bureau. Surviving are his wife, the former Carrie Wood, whom he married June 23, 1928, at Greenville; a daughter, Mrs. Jack (Joan) Strickler, Mountain, Wis.; two sons, Bruce, Stanton, Arnold, Greenville; a brother, Ray, Lakeview; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Stebbins-Simpson Funeral Home, Sheridan, the Rev. Bernard Loew officiating. Masonic graveside services will be conducted by Pearl Lake Lodge No. 324 F&AM, followed by interment In South Sidney Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 7 to 8:30 at the funeral home.
