MARY T. (nee Hughes), 89, was called to her eternal reward on Monday, May 19, 2008 after a brief illness. Born in Phila. Mary also lived in Roslyn, PA before moving to Levittown in 2003. Loving wife of the late Joseph J. Guckin, Sr. and the late Joseph McKeown. Mary was predeceased by her parents, James F. Hughes and Elizabeth B. Hughes (White) (nee Connaughton); her step-father Frank (Pop) White; her brothers, James (Anna), John (Dorothy), Harry (Anna Mae), Vincent (Libby), Matthew, Francis and Joseph; step-brothers and sisters; Francis (Toni) and James (Eileen) White, Mary Birmingham (Patrick "Bill") and Rose Valentine (Harrison) and Mary's beloved daughter, Marylu Darrah. Mary is survived by her loving sons and daughters-in-law, Joseph J. Guckin, Jr. and Margaret Guckin, Thomas E. Guckin and Kimm Kurlander-Guckin; her son-in-law, John G. Darrah; 13 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Hughes and Eileen White and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation Thurs., 9 A.M., St. Matthew R.C. Church (lower church), 3100 Cottman Ave., Phila. Funeral Mass 10 A.M. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cem.
