MISS MARTHA ALLEWELT
Miss Martha Allewelt died on Monday at her home along the Carlisle pike, near Bittinger. She was the daughter of the late Jacob and Magdalene Allewelt, of Berwick Township.
She leaves a brother and sister, Jacob and Rebecca Allewelt, with whom the deceased made her home; also a brother, Frank Allewelt, who resides at some distant point.
The funeral was on Thursday, services by Rev. Sternat, and interment in Abbottstown Lutheran Cemetery.
