Sewanee Mae Pardo, age 72, of Rt. 2, Falls of Rough, died Monday at her home. / Mrs. Pardo was born May 8, 1912 in Grayson County, the daughter of William Porter and Francis Gentry Porter. Her husband, Jack Pardo, survives. / She was a member of the Dover Road Baptist Church and the Eastern Star. / Other survivors include: one step-son, Ronald Pardo of Florida; one step-daughter, Carolyn Ann Mascolin of Florida. Six Step-grandchildren and four nieces and five nephews also survive. / Funeral services were held July 25 at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Caneyville, Rev. Murle Ford officiating with burial in the Porter Cemetery.
