Mrs. Anna Archibald
Beginning tomorrow at noon, friends will be received at the Nicholas E. Lemak Funeral Home in Duquesne for Mrs. Anna Powell Archibald, 86, of 148 Edison St., West Mifflin, who died today in the Ladies of the G.A.R Home, Swissvale.
Daughter of the late John and Maryann Bennett Powell, she had resided in the Duquesne area over 50 years. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Duquesne.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Maryann Johnson of West Mifflin; three sons, John and Robert, both of Miami, Fla. and David of Odessa, Tex.: four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Lydia Deal of McKees Rocks. Her husband was the late David Archibald. Services will be conducted Tueday at 2 p.m. in the funeral home by the Rev. William C. Thompson. Burial will follow in Jefferson Memorial Park.
