She was the seventh child of Robert and Margaret Jane Carter Fish. Born in Clark County, Wisconsin on February 16, 1874. She married Elias Parr of Ludington on December 23, 1892. She was a member of the M. E. Church for a number of years.
The last days of her life were most trying. Her oldest son, Leo Parr died on May 16, 1907. Then the rest of the children came down with the measles. The next to the youngest Henry Benjamin passed away on May 28 or 29, 1907. She was seeemingly getting better when she contacted pneumonia, which proved fatal.
Funeral Services were held on June 4, 1907 with the Rev. Colby officiating. Interment was in the Ludington Cemetery.
She left to mour her departure her husband and five children. Her aged father and mother, four sisters; Mmes. Nancy Rusk and Libbie Roberts of Vernon County, Wisconsin, Cora Glen of South Dakota and Gertrude Miller of Ludington, Wisconsin and two brothers, Harman and Charles Fish of Ludington, Wisconsin.
