William Washington (Wash) Palmer is husband of Mary Elizabeth Koen Palmer married in 1845 Washington County, Alabama. Ten children from this union. Nancy Caroline, Margaret Fredonia, Lavinia , Virginia, Elizabeth Frances, Daniel Washington, William Henry and John G. Palmer

According to grampa he was from Georgia, John Palmer who was in Georgia census 1820 Militia District what area, unknown and in 1820,1830,1840, census of Washington Co, Alabama. Father believed to be John Palmer listed 1820 thru 1840 Alabama and mother Nancy Palmer who appeared in 1850 census in Washington County, Alabama.

From receipts found in Washington County, he paid out monies to settle estate on at least two children in Washington Co., AL to honor grandmother Ann Palmer's wishes. And... no further info on Ann Palmer. There were also cattle markings for John, Nancy and Budley Palmer. There seems to be no death info for them.

In 193 years of records searched very little can be found to prove this out.
