Last Rites Set For Woman, 95

Funeral services for Mrs. Diantha Myers Lollin, 95, native of Salt Lake City, who died Friday at her home in Los Angeles, Cal., of causes incident to age, will be conducted Thursday 3:30 p. m. at 574 East First South Street.

Rev. George J. Weber, pastor of the First Congregational
church, will officiate. Friends may call at place of funeral Tuesday and Wednesday prior to services. Burial will be in Salt Lake City cemetery.

Mrs. Lollin was born October 9, 1848, at what is now Farmington, Davis County, a daughter of George and Ann Yost Myers.

She was reared and educated in Utah, and on February 13, 1870, she married John Lollin in Salt Lake City. She lived at 240 South Main Street for 50 years. Mr. Lollin died April 4, 1915. During the past 10 years Mrs. Lollin maintained her home here, and visited during winter months in California.

She is survived by a son, Carl D. Lollin of Salt Lake City; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Victor Lollin,of Hollywood, California; three grandchildren, John F. Lollin, Beverly Hills, California; Carl Milner Lollin, Southgate, California and Mrs. Dianthalin Lollin Hiltner of Rumson, N. J., and four great grandchildren.

The body, accompanied by a son, Carl, is being brought to Salt Lake City for burial.

Survivors include the son; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Victor Lollln; one grandson and one granddaughter, all of Los Angeles.

Diantha Myers is the daughter of Ann Yost and George Myers.

She married John Lollin February 13, 1870. Her husband constructed the "Lollin Block" in 1894. The building, designed by Richard K. A. Kletting and costing $13,000, was a fifteen-room business block. The main and second floors were rented for various business purposes while the third floor was occupied by the Lollin family as their
private residence.
