Daphine "Daffy" Moser Floyd, 79, went home to her Lord, August 4, 2007. She was born October 6, 1927, to Charlie Alexander and Mollie Leota (McGaha) Craig at Mount Pleasant, AR.

She graduated from Mount Pleasant High School in 1947. On March 17, 1951, she married Horace Edward Moser.

Shortly after, they moved to Orondo, WA. When her husband died in a car accident, she was left to raise their two children on her own. She began a career working for local orchardists and fruit warehouses. Some of her longer stays were with Krispy "K" (Tri-Co Growers) in Monitor and Stemilt Growers. She is remembered as a hard worker, who took great pride in all of her jobs. On July 21, 1972, she married Ransom David "RD" Floyd (1927-1997). When the Wenatchee Wal-Mart store opened in 1994, she was employed as a greeter. She retired in 1997, to care for RD until his death that same year. She is survived by son, Chuck (Teri) Moser of East Wenatchee; and daughter, Gloria (Mark) Behler of Wenatchee; three grandsons who were the joy of her life, Nick (Stephanie) Moser, Nathan Behler and Andrew Behler; and two great-grandchildren, Gracie Lyn Moser and Cayden Michael Behler; and a sister, Jane Adams of Arkansas. Her parents; one brother, Curtis Craig and one sister, Nadine Hampton, preceded her in death. Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. August 9, 2007, at Evergreen Memorial Park in East Wenatchee. Arrangements by Jones and Jones of Wenatchee.
