"Newark - Mrs. Frances I. Donk, 80, of Phelps Street Road, Lyons, died Wednesday at the Clifton Springs Hospital. Friends and relatives are invited to attend a memorial service Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Arthur G. Schulz Inc. Funeral Home in Newark. Mrs. Donk was born in Butler. N.Y. the daughter of Irving and Victoria Henderson Crane. She was the widow of Augustus Donk. She attended Wolcott High School. Geneseo Normal School and taught for a short time at the Butler Center School and the Hydes Corners School. She was a member of the Butler Center Methodist Church. Surviving are two sons, Franklin of Clyde and Norman of Savannah; two daughters, Mrs. Gone (Eldine) O'Hern of Syracuse and Mrs. Robert (Shirley) Mills of North Rose; three brothers, Raymond, Porter and Marvin Crane of Butler, one sister, Mrs. William (Ethel) Crane of Chatham, N.J.; 11 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews."
