Warren Albert Parker 1922 ~ 2006
Warren Albert Parker, 84, passed away October 5, 2006 in Taylorsville, Utah. Born July 4, 1922 in Bennion, Utah, son of James Herbert and Mabel Matteson Parker. Married Dorothy Maynard January 27, 1945 in Salt Lake City, Utah and have enjoyed 61 years of marriage. He enjoyed motorcycle riding, camping and hunting. He loved his family and family activities. Warren was loved by all who knew him and will be missed.
Survived by wife, Dorothy; children: David W. (Janet) Parker, Kathy (Les) Greene, Bradley Parker, and Carol Metcalf; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sister, Hazel Simpson; brother, Ross Parker. Preceded in death by son, Craig; son-in-law, Rick Metcalf; brothers: Ronald and Udell; sister Delma.
Funeral services will be held Monday, 12 noon at the Riverview Ward, 1325 West 5550 South. A viewing will be held Sunday, 5-7 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Monday at the church, 11-11:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment, West Jordan City Cemetery.
