Mrs. Florence M. Binkley, 83, of Warrensburg died at 11:47 p.m. Saturday in her home.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday in the Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home, where friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Illini Cemetery.
Mrs. Binkley was born in Warrensburg, a daughter of George and Ruth L. Albert Boughn.
She was a member of the Warrensburg United Methodist Church and worked in the post office from 1934 to 1960 where she was postmaster from 1950 to 1960.
She was married to Frank E. Binkley on January 14, 1913 in Warrensburg, IL. He died April 24, 1950.
Surviving are a son, George F. of Decatur; daughter, Mrs. Joe (Mary Frances) Jackson of Decatur; brother, Howard M. Boughn of Clearwater, FL.; and five grandchildren.
One son, Frank Boughn Binkley, and one daughter, Joan Rachel, preceded her in death.
