CLERMONT, FLORIDA - Barney B. Barstow, age 86, of Clermont, Florida, died November 27, 1993. He was born in Mondovi, Wisconsin. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1930. He practiced law in Superior, Wisconsin from 1930 until 1969 when he became secretary and general counsel for Fraser Shipyards. He was Regent Emeritus of the University of Wisconsin System, a past District Governor of Wisconsin-Upper Michigan Kiwanis, and a member of the Wisconsin State Board of Bar Commissioners. He was past president of many civic and judicial organizations. He is survived by his wife, a daughter, a son, four grandsons, and three great-grandchildren. At his request, there will be no funeral or memorial service.
