Clarence Brock "Bob" McHan died Friday, Dec. 19, 2003, at Heritage House Nursing Home. He was 77.


Mr. McHan was born in Choctaw County and had been a resident of Vicksburg for 40 years. He was a World War II veteran, serving with the 82nd Airborne Unit as a paratrooper. Mr. McHan was a self-employed cabinetmaker and a member of Calvary Baptist Church.


Mr. McHan is survived by his wife, Arlin A. McHan of Vicksburg; three sons, Randy McHan of Stringer, and John McHan and Kenny McHan, both of Vicksburg; and seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.


Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Riles Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Randy McHan and Dwight Sibley officiating. Burial will follow at Green Acres Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon Monday until the service.


Pallbearers will be David McHan, Matthew McHan, Tom McHan, Bryan Smith, Shannon McNeill and Doug Holman.
