THE HOME ETERNAL
By Mayme Rehm Starr

There is a home eternal,
So beautiful, so bright, so fair,
Where joys of the soul reign supreme
And no trouble or sorrow can enter there.

There is a home eteranl
Built not by the hands of man,
A home that is ethereal
None like it can be built on the sand.

There is a home eternal
Around which the flowers forever bloom.
Making it a place where there is always a welcome;
For God's household there is always room.

In this home of joy eternal
There is always anthem of praise,
For many souls each day enter there
And their voices in blessings raise,

In this beautiful home eternal
They shout hosanna to God,
Glory to God in the highest
And His praises they chant strong and loud.

In this bright, beautiful home eternal
Each and all are of one accord.
It is there all try to help one another
While they continually sing praises and glory to God.
