LEOMINSTER -- Alan B. Bagley, 92, of 803 Pleasant St., a retired government attorney, died Wednesday, April 11, in HealthAlliance Leominster Hospital.
He leaves several cousins, including Marion C. Pritchard, with whom he lived, and Natalie Y. McKenney of Gardiner, Maine. He was born in Berwick, Maine, son of John P. and Jennie T. (Beecher) Bagley, and moved to Arlington, Va. in 1935. He moved to Leominster eight years ago. He attended the University of Florida, and received a bachelor's degree from Boston University. He graduated from BU's law school in 1933.
Mr. Bagley was an attorney many years for the Bureau of National Affairs in Washington, D.C., retiring several years ago.
The funeral service and burial will be private in Columbian Gardens Cemetery in Arlington. There are no calling hours. Silas F. Richardson & Son Funeral Home, 106 West St., is directing arrangements.
