He was born at Griffin Creek On 7 Aug 1928 to Wilbur Nicholas and Helen Beatrice Quackenbush Kime.
Raph Married Vera Cecila Kusel on 18 Jun 1954, in Reno, Nevada. She died 11 Aug 1981. On 12 Oct 1982, In Reno, Nevada, he married Laurie Ann Hardin. Laurie died on 13 May 2016.
Ralph Was the last Member of his family and was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings: His twin brother Richard Ralson Kime, brothers and sisters: Marguerite Helen, Remo Lilian, Gerald Evan, William NIcholas, John Jackson, Mary Ellen, and Hazel Mae Kime.
He is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Ralph Served in the U.s. Army. He lived in the valley all his life and worked for Talent Irrigation District.
A memorial was held at Conger Morris, Medford on 9 Mar 2024 with military honors.
Burial was in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Conger Morris, Medford was in charge of arrangements.
