Shirley L. Coffman Jones, 74 of Hustonville, KY passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2024. Born on November 17, 1949 in Danville, KY to the late Chester and Virginia "Cissy" Coffman. She was a homemaker for most of her life. Shirley enjoyed quilting, puzzles, crosswords, embroidery, music, and watching t.v.; especially sci-fi movies. She was of the Christian faith. Survivors include one daughter, Mary Ellen Phillips of Hustonville; two grandchildren, Dustin Nicholas Phillips (Kayla) and Brandon James Botner; three great-grandchildren, Keely Madison Phillips, Deven Nicholas Phillips and Keeton James Phillips; special sis, Polly Burton (Henry); and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Virginia "Cissy" Coffman; one brother, Bobby Lee Coffman; and special friend, Kenney Jones. Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Spurlin Funeral Home in Stanford, KY. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Vola Brown officiating at Spurlin Funeral Home Active Pallbearers are Dustin Phillips, Brandon Botner, Henry Burton, Deven Phillips, Nick Jones, Sam Baker, Matthew Caddell and Richard Jones. Honorary Pallbearers are Zack Jones, Keeton Phillips, John Caddell and Garry Stevens.
