He owned and operated Quality TV Service for many years. He was a member and Presiding Overseer of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1817 Dug Gap Road, Dalton, GA.
He was preceded in death by his late wife, Ruby Kilby.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Kilby of the home; son, John D. Kilby; parents, Hardie and Edith Kilby, all of Tunnel Hill.
