She married Leon Marco Adutt, on the 19th March 1870, at the Register Office, London City, and they had 4 children.

Sarah then remarried to Edward Wilkinson, on the 29th January 1896, at St Peter's Church, St Peter in Thanet.
Edward was a bachelor, the son of Benjamin Wilkinson, a builder, Sarah was a widow, the daughter of Edward? (possible error) Nelder, a gentleman, both signed, they married by licence, and their wedding was witnessed by Sarah Mary Ann Campion and Norah Rachel Adutt (marriage certificate on FMP).
