Franchot "Frank" Conrad was born in New York City on August 29, 1935 to John Milton Waldron Greene and Carmen Rodriques. He passed into eternal rest on September 27, 2023, in Tucson, AZ at the age of 88. He enlisted into the Air Force on July 8, 1954, and was stationed in Tripoli. When he completed his tour of duty on December 10, 1957, he was honorably discharged and attended Virginia Union University in Richmond, VA. He furthered his education to receive a master's degree in social work from John Jay College in Brooklyn, NY. He then served the State of New York as a Parole Officer for many years. In his later years, he married Elaine Tolentino. They purchased a home in Tucson, AZ and lived seasonally for many years. He is interred at the Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Marana, AZ.
