BURROWS - Rupert Charles, 51, of Tamarac, FL passed away Monday, September 8, 1997. A resident here for most of his life; he served his country with honor during the Viet-Nam conflict. He was preceded in death by his father, Culberson Burrows and his brother, Marvin Eugene Burrows. He is survived by 2 sons, a daughter, his mother, 6 siblings, 2 grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
