Son of Hezekiah & Abigail (Penoyer) Boughton. Brother of Hezekiah Jr., Enos, Selleck, Seymour, Abigail Smith, Sally Ketchum and Theodosia Sawyer. Married Olive Stone in 1787. Father of Selleck, Melania, Frederick, Lyman, Olive, Minerva, Minerva Caroline, Charles S., Eliza C., Jared H., Edna and Enos. Moved to Victor, NY in 1790. Jared was a Colonel in the war of 1812.
