E. E. GIEBNER
Relatives in the eastern part of the county have received announcement of the death of E. E. Giebner, a former resident of Worth township, which occurred at Bakersfield, Calif., of acute appendicitis. He was 50 years of age and was born and spent most of his life in Mercer county. About two years ago he sold his farm and went to California to engage in the oil business. The body will be brought East for burial.

He was married to
Lavenia Anderson who preceded him in death on March 29, 1907.
He was the son of Samuel A. and Margaret Henderson Giebner.

WILL OF ELMER E. GIEBNER

I, Elmer E. Giebner of Worth Township, Mercer County, Pennsylvania being of sound mind, memory and understanding do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all wills made by me at any time heretofore.
First.I direct my executor herein after named to pay my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my death, as can be conveniently done.
Second.I will, devise and bequeath to my son Clarence Giebner my farm situate in Worth Township, Mercer County, Pennsylvania, which is bounded and described as follows, to wit: On the North by Wilson heirs and Roy Perrine, On the east by Anderson heirs and Edward Turner, On the south by Eva Turner and G.W.Carroll and on the west by B.M.Perrine and containing seventy two acres, more or less, on the express condition that he shall furnish a home for my three daughters, namely Fanny G. Florence M. and Alice P. Giebner, until they become twenty one years of age, unless they or any one of them shall marry or voluntarily leave said home sooner. The home shall be on the said farm and not elsewhere, and during this time the said Clarence Giebner shall furnish them with clothing, food and care for them and pay their doctor bills during sickness.
Third.I will and bequeath to my son Clarence Giebner all my farm machinery and any and all other personal property that I may own at the time of my decease.
Fourth.In case my son Clarence Giebner should die before I do, or does not care to accept of the said above mentioned farm and personal property on the condition above set forth then I direct my executor to sell my farm and personal property as soon after my decease as can conveniently be done and dispose of the proceeds as follows; first pay all my just debts and funeral expenses and then pay to my son William Giebner the sum of One Hundred Dollars, to my daughter Carrie the sum of One Hundred Dollars, and to divide the remainder of the said fund share and share alike between my son Clarence Giebner and my three daughters, Penny G. Florence M. and Alice P. Giebner.
Lastly, I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, Clarence Giebner executor of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal on this second day of April 1910.

ORDER OF PROBATE
And now, April 12", 1913, the annexed instrument of writing, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of E. E. Giebner late of, Worth Twp. Mercer Co., PA deceased, having been duly presented to the Register of Wills of Mercer County, Pennsylvania, for probate, and no exceptions having been filed, it is ordered and decreed that the said instrument of writing be admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament of E. E. Giebner and recorded as such.
