Married Civil War Veteran James Floyd Brooks (who served with the 8th TN Cavalry Regiment, Company F on the side of the Union) on November 1, 1866. (Note: He may be buried in this same cemetery--I've yet to confirm this). It's recorded that they had 3 sons, and 1 daughter together. She was a grandmother to both James Floyd Brooks and Mary Nola Brooks.
