ANTHONY J MILLER

Anthony J Miller, painting contractor and lifelong resident of Campbell County, died yesterday at his home, 103 W Ninth St, Newport. He was 78 years old and had been in the painting business in Newport for 40 years. A life member of the Newport Aerie of Eagles, he also was a member of the Holy Name Society of the Corpus Christi Church, Newport, and of the Sixth Ward Roosters Club. Survivals include three sons, Alphonsus, Mt Washington, Ohio; Joseph and Edward Miller, Newport, and three daughters, Mrs Mary Meyer, Newport; Mrs Oliva Montgomery and Mrs. Eleanor Strotmann, both of St. Bernard. Ohio The funeral will be held at 8:30 a, m. Thursday from the Muehlenkamp funeral home, Newport. Solemn Requiem High Mass will be sung at 9 am at Corpus Christi Church. Burial will be in St Stephen Cemetery, Fort Thomas.
