Born in Czechoslovakia she had lived in Elyria for 60 years. She was a member of Christ Slovak Lutheran Church in
Lorain and of the Ruth Circle of the Ladies Aid and was affiliated with the Evangelical Slovak Union.
Besides her husband, she is survived by her son, Milan Bendik,two daughters, Mrs. Julia Ferguson of Elyria, and Miss Burke Bendik at home and four grandchildren.
