Surviving are her husband, Robert; a son, Kyle N. at home; daughters Amy B. Rapp of Avilla and Adriel R. at home; her mother, Ann Kline of Auburn; brothers Michael Kline of Auburn and Jeff Kline of Angola; and a sister, Maureen Purdy of Auburn.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Kline.
Services are 1 p.m. Thursday at Feller Funeral Home, Waterloo, with calling from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Cedar Creek Chapel Cemetery, Garrett.
Memorials are to the American Cancer Society, Fort Wayne Hospice or the church.
