Sandra Kay Goodman of Avondale, Arizona passed away on October 4, 2023 at her home in Avondale. She was 78.
Sandy was born on February 18, 1945 in Decatur, Illinois, the daughter of Laurence and Velma Wiles (Abel). Since 1975, Sandy has called the Phoenix area home. She spent most of her adult life caring for her home and four generations of family members, including her husband, Bob, four children, Robert, Dennis, Dawn, and Robin, nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Sandy will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her. Services will be held at the Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary on October 16, 2023 at noon. The service will be preceded by a visitation at 11 am and followed by a reception at 1:30 pm.
