A Pioneer of 1857 at Rest.

Died at Wilson Feb. 15, 1898, at 8:20 p.m., of paralysis, Amanda Melvina Snow
Bingham, wife of Willard Bingham, and daughter of Willard Snow, who died at sea,
returning from a mission to Denmark, in the year 1853.
she was married to Willard Bingham June 28, 1854: moved south in 1857 with the
Saints; taught school in Lynn and other wards, thus helping to raise and
maintain her family. She was secretary of the Relief society about eighteen
years, and was president of wilson ward Primary eight years.
