SPOUSE: Mary Ann Pennington (1782-1870)

Peter was born in Rowan County. On Nov 30, 1805 Peter was granted forty-two acres of land on Long Shoal Creek in Wilkes County, NC at Pennington's Corner (his brother-in-law.) On December 4, 1811, he was granted 150 acres. On July 31, 1822, he bought 100 acres of land in Ashe County, NC. He settled his farm on Ceroles Creek.
