Thomas "Captain Tom" John Holliday; age 62, passed away at his residence in River Ridge, Louisiana on Monday, April 19, 2004 at 3:00 p.m.
Tom was survived by his beloved wife Ruby Boettner Holliday, children; Susan E. Holliday and Pat Holliday, and brother of Jean Holliday Stewart.
Tom was preceded by his parents John C. Holliday and Eugenia Desselle Holliday.
Relatives and friends was invited to attend the memorial service at the Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home at 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. (in Metairie Cemetery) on Thursday, April 22, 2004.
